Data Availability

An Online Access Subscription offers searchable access to the following types of information:
  • Land Records - Conveyance, Mortgage and Miscellaneous
    Data is available from 1961 to present.
    For Premium Accounts, images are available from approximately 1977 to present.  We are continuously back-scanning documents prior to 1977.
    Note: Data and images submitted after the Cleared Date HAVE NOT been checked for correctness.

    Data is available from July 1992 to 4/25/2019.
    For Premium Subscribers, images are available from June 2001 to 4/25/2019.
  • Criminal Case Records
    Data is available from October 1987 to 4/25/2019.
    Images are not available.
  • Marriage Licenses
    Data ia available from approximately 1923 to present.
    Premium Subscribers may view more detailed information than basic subscribers.
    Images are not available online.

SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT:

The St. Tammany Parish Clerk of Court Online Access service exposes potentially sensitive personal information, therefore, the subscription based service is intended for private/professional use only.  The subscriber expressly accepts responsibility for all consequences resulting from the use or misuse of their Online Access Account.

Granting public access to an Online Account is deemed a misuse of this service and may serve as grounds for termination of rights to the account.  The Clerk of Court reserves the right to close an Online Access Account for any activity, including, but not limited to violations of this agreement.

1028A.  Aggravated identity theft
(a) OFFENSES - (1) IN GENERAL - Whoever, during and in relation to any felony violation enumerated in subsection (c), knowingly transfers, possesses, or uses, without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person shall, in addition to the punishment provided for such felony, be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 2 years.
(2) TERRORISM OFFENSE - Whoever, during and in relation to any felony violation enumerated in section 2332b(g)(5)(B), knowingly transfers, possesses, or uses, without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person shall, in addition to the punishment provided for such felony, be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 5 years.

Policy:
We do not issue refunds if a customer is unable to locate a specific document through an online search.

Procedure:
The St. Tammany Parish Clerk of Court's office is proud to offer an expansive and comprehensive collection of documents for search and view through our online records search service.

However, not all document will be available for search and view using this service.

Customers are urged to review date ranges of information available online before signing up, call customer service to inquire about records, or come in to the office to search and print documents.

In the event a document is unable to be located using this service, subscription packages are non-refundable.
